About Me
Chris Wagenti is a free spirit who dances to the beat of her own drum. She has been interested in VOICE OVERS since she was a teen. After attending the CT School of Broadcasting she had a radio show on NPR. Reading commercials for her show got her started in the world of VO.
The winds of change have blown Chris in several directions over the years, giving her experience in different industries including Finance, Professional Sports and HVAC. She can make industry jargon sound conversational and add an inviting tone to corporate essentials.
The New Jersey native has spent extended amounts of time in Florida, Georgia, California and Oklahoma…giving her the opportunity to breathe in new cultures and speech patterns. Now that she’s knocked off the rust, she can put all of this together to bring your copy to life with familiarity and a flair all her own.
Wagenti – (wuh.JEN.tee)
- Italian: Caracausi derives this from a metathesized form of an unattested personal name Guajenti, from Latin gaudiens, gaudientis, “one who rejoices” – Source: Dictionary of American Family Names 2013 Oxford University Press
- Spelled GUAGENTI in Sicily….changed when my great-grandparents immigrated to the US.
