Steven has been a working professional voice-over talent for the past 10 years, and received his training through Such A Voice!

Three years into his VO career he began to work with SAV as a full-time coach. That lead to his teaching the introductory classes and from there he went on to become a Live Master Class Instructor.

Today, he continues to be a working VO professional, and has recently become the VP of Client Experience with SAV, tasked with ensuring that every student receives world-class service!

Lisa Foster has over two decades of broadcasting and voice-over experience, and has one of the most versatile voices in the industry.

She has written and voiced live and recorded commercials for dozens of businesses and corporations including Crest Toothpaste, Olay, Café Appassionato, LA Weight Loss, Advanced Laser Clinics, and Sleep Train. Foster has done numerous local and national spots, from website narratives and computer games, to commercials and even comedy bits!

She is a well known on-air radio personality in the Seattle broadcast market, and with her state-of-the-art home recording studio, she is now being heard all over the world! Lisa loves to talk, especially about voice-over!

Lisa is a member of SaVoa, the Society of Accredited Voice Over Artists.

Wendy Shapero is a successful voice artist, actor, dancer, and comedian. Starting out as a young actress/dancer/choreographer in the Detroit scene, Wendy garnered critical acclaim for her performances onstage in “Antigone,” “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,” and “Godspell,” among others.

After touring internationally with a stage production of Disney’s “Pocahontas,” Wendy decided to move out west to Los Angeles to pursue film-acting. Wendy acted in such indie features as “Free Samples,” with Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network), and “Expect Delays.”

Wendy’s voice-over performances have been featured on Cartoon Network, an advertising campaign for FIAT, and the audiobook for the children’s book, “Flora’s Windy Day,” by Jeanne Birdsall. Wendy has since joined the Such A Voice team to travel throughout the western states and conduct introductory seminars on breaking into the professional voice-over industry. Justine Reiss is an experienced voice-over talent and casting person with over 18 years experience in the business. She has recently finished spots for Starbucks and Mitsubishi Air and Heat which have both aired nationally.

With a strong background in theatre and a degree from Brandeis University, Justine began her professional career doing regional theatre and Shakespeare, which has given her a great ear for dialects, and strong sense of performance, which aids her career in voice-over.

Additionally, Reiss has operated her own marketing business in LA helping numerous businesses launch and increase their bottom line. Oh, and did we mention that Reiss has also performed stunts such as high falls, fire burns, and leaping over small buildings with Disney and Universal theme parks? No big deal…

She has voiced numerous campaigns for Toshiba, Sonicare, Lexus, CA Oranges, Florida Tourism, Starbucks, and is a recognizable voice for Genie Bra and Cami Shaper. Reiss also has worked in VO casting for 20+ years.

Bridget Renshaw is a voice-over artist, comedy writer, and comedian. With eight years of experience in the voice-over industry, you’ve heard Bridget’s voice in commercials, animations, voice dubbing, corporate videos, eLearning, and video games. She has voiced many commercials for companies including Samsung, Audible, Transitions Lenses, Scholastic, Simple Skincare, and Classic Mazda.  English translations of Spanish telenovelas and character work on various video games, eLearning projects, and animated videos are also common occurrences in Bridget’s day-to-day voice-over routine.

Evan Lacon loves what he does. As a firm believer in the power of intention, he has helped many change their lives for the better. Simone Stevens has used her voice in many arenas as a performer, voice actor, and singer-songwriter. She studied musical theatre at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and improv at Upright Citizen’s Brigade in New York City. As a musician, she has released five studio albums; her last under the name Bonsai, which was featured in the magazines Paste and Spin. New York is also the town in which she met her first voice-over coach a decade ago, which led to her landing a spot at a top talent agency and a career in voice-over. She has been heard on networks like MTV, Nickelodeon, HGTV, and radio and television commercials for household brands like Clorox, KitchenAid, DirectTV, and many more. She is currently working on an animated series with veteran animator Dominic Polcino (King of the HIll, HarmonQuest, Rick and Morty, The Simpsons).

Brian is an award winning Actor and Voice Over Artist. He hit the stage at age four and has never looked back. Luckily, Theatre was there so he had an outlet for his creative energies and was more productive than serving as the class clown while growing up.

Cathi’s Audiobook journey started a little over 7 years ago and has been going strong ever since. Cathi has narrated for Tantor, Findaway, ACX, and many Independent Publishers like Crossroad Press, Ruthenia Press, Encylopocalypse Publications, Train of Thought Press, and more.Her narrations include Mystery/Suspense, Police Crime Drama Series, Horror, Self-Help, Memoirs, and even the Classics like “Anne of Green Gables” and “Anne of Avonlea”, “Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales”, “The Old Maid”, and many more!

Cathi also teaches Home Studio Advisory for Such A Voice and works as an Audio Editor and Proofer for both ProAudio Voices and Learning Ally. She is a Podcaster, Drummer, Equestrian, and was even a spy in the United States Air Force (It’s true!). She brings all of that experience into her coaching and helps her students learn to use their life experiences to find that extra dimension in their narrations. 

She finds peace of mind living in the mountains of Pine, Colorado with her husband, dogs, and horses. 

Adam Bahner has voiced a variety of promos, narrations, stories and commercials mentioning hundreds of brands for platforms including Discovery, Warner Brothers, ESPN and Penguin Random House. He’s excited to share more than a decade of experience in professional voice work with new students.

Tracie Frank is an actor and voice actor based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her voiceover career started with a voiceover meetup group in 2008, when the leader encouraged her to pursue voice and acting training. She did, and she found both to be exhilarating. Those learning experiences brought back some of the excitement and joy she’d been missing as a corporate worker bee. So Tracie took a bold step and quit her cubicle job in 2015 to fully pursue her dreams.
Surprisingly, the quarantine in 2020 helped take her voice acting career to the next level: One of Tracie’s clients was a hospital that suddenly needed her to help spread the word about the virus and how to stay safe. What had been a somewhat sporadic booking became something regular, and she was soon invited to be the brand’s “voice.”
Today Tracie has no regrets: she enjoys getting to share all the facets of her personality as an actor both on camera and behind the mic. She’s voiced projects for brands including IBM, Velux and Bank of America, and she’s the voice of Atrium Health in the Southeast. Tracie is thrilled to be able to share all she’s learning with the amazing students at Such A Voice.

Born and raised in the UK, Francesca studied acting at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and has been working on stage, screen and mic ever since! Since moving to Los Angeles in 2010, she has voiced characters for video games including Halo and Final Fantasy, animations including Mattel’s Enchantimals series, commercials, promos, e-learning and industrials for clients such as South Park, HBO Max, Adult Swim, Amazon, Comcast, Bank of America, Mastercard, IBM, Marriott International and Hilton Hotels, to name but a few.

Francesca is passionate about storytelling and communicating the voice of a character or brand to inspire, uplift and challenge, and she loves to help others learn to do the same! Her touchstones are “grounded, relatable, authentic” 🙂

When she’s not in the studio or coaching, Francesca loves to box, write poetry and help out in the community delivering meals to the homeless. She’s a huge fan of spicy margaritas and dark chocolate caramels (NB: not at the same time!)

Born in a small town in New Hampshire and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jon now considers himself a true Angeleno as 2023 marks his 20th year in L.A. He began his voiceover journey in 2007 and has since recorded countless commercials for such varied clients as NBC, McDonald’s and the San Diego Zoo. He can also be heard in animated projects from Warner Brothers, Amazon Prime Video and Cartoon Network. He has dubbed foreign language TV series for Netflix, voice-matched celebrities for video games, and in 2016 he won a Rocky Mountain Emmy Award for bringing Randy Johnson’s hit-by-pitch bird back to life for Fox Sports. He is tremendously grateful for his coaching career at Such A Voice and looks forward to meeting and working with talent from all over the world!

Chelsea has been working within the entertainment industry, both in front of and behind the mic, since she was seventeen. With VO credits including Robot Chicken, Angel Soft, Google and Bank of America, as well as production credits on Arlo the Alligator Boy, The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers and Spongebob Squarepants 3: Sponge on the Run, Chelsea has a wide range of experience and perspective on the voiceover landscape for film and TV.
Personally, she’s an avid Planned Parenthood volunteer, voracious reader, and owner to a mischievous cat named Gremlin (who may or may not guest star in sessions).

Glad Klassen has spent over 30 years behind a microphone – first in radio, then in full-time voice-over. Her passion for meaningful communication shines through every script she brings to life. Storytelling comes naturally for Glad, so narration of film, audiobooks and inspirational videos has filled much of her time in the studio. She’s also been heard on many commercial and e-learning projects, with some of her more notable clients including Honda motorcycles, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Apple Inc. Complimenting her VO career comes Glad’s love of theatre and motivational speaking. She acted and directed in community theatre for 15 years and has also been invited to bring her inspirational messages to small and large groups throughout North America. When Glad isn’t at the mic in her home studio, she’s often found traveling the continent or cycling the trails and kayaking the waterways in her beloved home in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Greg’s Journey behind the Mic started over 25 years ago in Television as a reporter for both news and sports in Flint, Michigan which eventually led him to his current home in sunny Tampa, Florida. There in Tampa he covered some of the biggest events in sports such as the Super Bowl, the NCAA Men’s Basketball Final four, and the NHL Allstar game. Greg soon found his true calling in life when he made the transition to voice over years later.

Greg is a 2022 Telly Award winner in the category of promotional videos on the 1954 Project and is the voice for the 2021 Emmy Award winning Documentary Shaw Rising about the oldest HBCU in the south. He’s done nationally aired commercials for Ford during the Kentucky Derby and Kumho tires featuring NBA star John Wall. Jan has an extensive background in the entertainment field as an actor, voice-over artist, model, and dancer. She started acting and dancing in her hometown of Berkeley, CA. While attending an acting school in San Francisco, she found a flyer announcing a voice-over workshop taught by the legendary Lucille Bliss of Hollywood. Lucille helped Jan record her very first demo reel (on an audio cassette) and Jan immediately began booking jobs. She went on to study acting and dance at The Guildford School of Acting in Guildford, England, and upon graduation relocated to Los Angeles.

Over the years Jan has had a recurring role on a soap opera, acted in two Sundance award-winning films, had one film go to Cannes in 2015, and has modeled for many national and international print campaigns. She danced with a Bay Area-based dance team for five years that performed in many parades and theme parks including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Disneyland, and The Hollywood Holiday Parade. Her voice over work includes numerous national and international commercials, video games, apps, narrations, audio tours, tutorials, and cartoons. She has made announcements for advertisers during events at Madison Square Garden, and she has an annual recurring gig as the announcer of the video game nominees for the Game Developers Conference Awards at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

In an effort to give back to her community, Jan has taught voice-over at continuation high schools in the Bay Area and works with autistic teens at Actors For Autism in North Hollywood.

Valeria Oddone is a voice over artist and graduated in mass communication. Her professional career as Voice Talent began in 1997 as a Radio Host in the commercial radio broadcasting circuit in her home country, Uruguay. Soon she started recording commercial and promotional pieces for local advertising agencies and TV channels. In 2011 she started recording for International agencies and media companies. Today her experience is focused on TV, radio and Internet commercials but also in documentaries, audiobooks, Institutional voice, welcome and hold on messages. Adin Rudd is a professional voice actor, best known for his voice roles in commercial campaigns for companies such as Spectrum, Credit Karma, and Halls Cough Drops, video games like “Genshin Impact”, “Monster Hunter Rise”, “Pokemon Masters”, and “Granblue Fantasy Versus”, and animated series, such as “Transformers: War for Cybertron”, “Pokemon Evolutions”, and “My Next Life As A Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!”. In addition, Adin has also created, organized, and run the voice acting competition known as “Voice Wars” (largely at conventions and online), where he’s given opportunities for may of this industry’s up and coming talent to showcase their abilities.

When not voice acting, you can usually find him either playing Pokemon Go, obsessing over the LA Rams, or going to a Magic the Gathering tournament.

Pamela Muldoon is a professional voice actor currently living on Maui by way of Minnesota and Las Vegas. She has three decades behind the mic starting in radio, where she also began her marketing career as a Copy Director. She has a BA in Theatre Arts Performance, is a certified business coach, a veteran in the podcasting industry as a host, producer and consultant, and has been recognized as one of the leading content strategists in the country.

Pamela’s unique background and experiences serve her well as a voice actor and talent coach. Her professional voiceover clients range from commercial, corporate narration, eLearning, documentary and live announce. Her approach to her work and life is one of constant and never-ending learning, which is why she continues to learn from some of the top voiceover coaches in the business. When not on the mic, Pamela enjoys learning all that Maui has to offer with her husband and two dogs, Maddi and Copper. She loves teaching and working with students and considers it a privilege to help them grow as a professional in the amazing industry of voiceover.

Amanda Utter is an Austin-based voice actor, specializing in commercials and e-learning/corporate narration. She is known for the delightful personality and charming spunk she brings to her performances.

Amanda’s versatility can be heard for clients such as Dell, Discount Tire, Chevrolet, YouTube, and H-E-B. Throughout her decades as a professional voice over actor, Amanda has continually trained with the top coaches in the business. Outside of the studio, she lives with her husband, two kids, and two dogs, loves a good beach read and going dancing in honky tonks.

Guy Arledge is a voice-over talent whose experience has given him an unusual perspective: a professional who has worked as an on-camera actor, voice-over talent, as well as a multitude of roles on the other side of the camera and microphone. His broad background allows him to readily relate to what a producer or client wants and to successfully deliver a compelling product.

His introduction to broadcasting came about when a fraternity brother passed along a tip that the local NBC affiliate in Atlanta had an opening for a disc jockey on their FM station. Despite having no broadcasting experience, he outperformed his competitors at the audition, was hired, and was immediately put to work.

After earning a degree, Arledge spent over a decade in public relations and advertising management, producing advertising with some of America’s top talent, including Academy Award and Emmy winning actors. During this time he continued to record radio and industrial voice-over work, and was also hired for on-camera television commercial roles.

Now focusing on talent work, Arledge works with producers across the United States, and from Canada to Japan to Bahrain. His client list includes CIGNA Healthcare, AT&T, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, General Electric, Prudential, Torrence Medical Center, The Hartford, and BNY Mellon, among others.

A singer and actress since childhood, Bonnie began her professional voice-over career on radio stations in Washington, D.C. nearly 25 years ago. Following a one year stint as a traffic reporter on WMAL and WTOP, Bonnie moved cross country to the Palm Springs, California area. During her 13 years as a news anchor/reporter and entertainment show host on KNWZ radio, she voiced hundreds of commercial spots and narrations. A vocal music major at Towson State College, Bonnie’s training has included introductory and advanced classes with Dan Levine back in D.C., as well as intensive private acting classes and voice instruction. Bonnie has taught acting, singing, voice-over technique, and public speaking both privately and in a classroom setting.

Jessica Magers, aka The Voice Goddess, is a 25-year veteran of the voice-over industry and her warm, engaging, and powerful vocal style keeps her clients happy and her production schedule full. Jess’ voice has been heard on thousands of radio ads all across the US and Canada. She produces broadcast quality audio with a special emphasis on narration.

Jess has voiced radio and TV ads for clients including Disney Resorts, Exempla Healthcare, The Rocky Mountain News, and Volkswagen. She also provides voice-over for The US Army, Exempla Healthcare, CH2M Hill, Coors, Adobe, Playboy, Philips, Time Warner Cable, The Denver Post, The Montreal Gazette, and countless others.

Jessica lives in McCall, Idaho with her husband and two pooches. In her free time, she can be found Airstreaming, traveling, hiking, cooking, belly dancing, and volunteering with the local animal rescue.

Timothy Callaway is the Vegas Voice Actor, who discovered voice acting a week before his 54th birthday and never looked back. He’s a firm believer that it’s never too late to start your voice acting career and follow it wherever your passion takes you. Tim took up voice acting because he thought it would be cool to do commercials, then with the support of some great voice coaches and a bit of luck, discovered he also had the chops to do video games, e-learning, corporate narration and phone system recordings. His clients span the globe and include B&H Photo, GenStone, Bin Majid Hotels & Resorts, Georgia State University Athletics and Vinda International. Tim has always been drawn to entertainment, performing both on stage and in front of the camera. He spent six years as a radio DJ in Las Vegas and also produced and hosted nearly 250 podcast episodes. Adam Michael Rose is a Los Angeles-based dialect coach. He was the production dialect coach for Season 3 of ABC’s “American Crime.” Adam has worked with actors from “Game of Thrones,” “Orange Is the New Black,” and “The Americans,” and he’s also coached productions at theater companies, colleges, and schools throughout the country (“Mary Poppins,” “The 39 Steps,” “Noises Off,” “Pride and Prejudice,” and “Guys and Dolls”). Adam’s been a guest artist at state thespian festivals in California, Texas, Georgia, and Nevada, and at the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Adam is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied with teachers from the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and Playwrights Horizons Theater. He has also trained in voice and speech with British American Drama Academy (BADA), Baltimore Shakespeare Festival, and the Theater Lab of Washington, DC.

Adam is always on a quest to make voice and speech work practical, engaging, and FUN for his clients. His goal is for you to be excited about learning new ways to speak–almost as excited as he is.

Ben Marney literally grew up in a recording studio, and learned how to record his voice at the highest quality from an early age. His early exposure to the studio environment carried into an impressive career as a professional singer and musician, during which time he toured across the globe while performing aboard most major cruise lines such as Disney Cruise Line, Royal Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, to name a few.

In 2008, Ben graduated from Such A Voice’s Master Class, and has since been able to develop an extensive client list while providing voice-over for literally hundreds of radio and television commercials, as well as political spots and numerous corporate videos. For the last four years, Ben has been the narrator for three television shows: “Hillbilly Blood” (Discovery Channel and Destination America Channel), “Travelin’ Hunter” (Sportsman Channel), and “Guidefitter TV” (Sportsman Channel).

Voice-over was a natural transition for Ben. As a singer, he understood how to use the pitch and range of his voice to create emotion in his reads. He shared his passion for voice-over from 2010-2012 as a coach for Such A Voice, and has returned to provide support to our students as they learn to use and produce quality home-studio recordings.

Craig Spear is an award-winning writer and producer with over 30-years experience in the advertising, radio, and television industries. His broadcast career began in college radio where he created Kaleidoquiz, still currently the largest and longest running campus-wide radio trivia contest.  

As talk show producer for ABC, he produced two of America’s top ten nationally syndicated radio shows, including “The Dr. Dean Edell Show.”. “The Golden Gate Bridge Story,” a radio documentary produced for KGO in San Francisco, was named “Best Documentary” by the National Associated Press.  

Drawing on audio, writing, and production skills, Craig established himself as a leading voice-over coach and Demo producer to nationally recognized VO actors and entertainment professionals. His clients have voiced hundreds of national campaigns for scores of Fortune 500 companies, from ABC to CNN, Microsoft to McDonald’s, Western Electric to Walmart, and General Electric to Garrison Keillor’s “Prairie Home Companion.”  

Craig reads, writes, bikes, swims, and enjoys all things vocal.  

Lauren Goode is a professional voice, stage actor, and coach based in Chicago, IL. Born in Dallas, Texas, she received a BFA in Theatre Performance with a minor in Philosophy from Stephens college in 2002. One year later, while performing in a production of Stage Door at the Plano Repertory Theatre, Lauren had the pleasure of being cast as the voice of the bumbling agent, Ms. Padushka on Funimation Studio’s cartoon, Kiddy Grade. She then went on to voice Hina in Yu Yu Hakusho, several characters on Case Closed (including a kick-ass villain named Marvella), and her all time favorite role, Gracia Hughes on Full Metal Alchemist, which she reprised in the Conqueror of Shamballa movie. She also played both a villain and a saint on the Radio Drama, Paws & Tales. Both Full Metal Alchemist and Case Closed have been featured on Cartoon Network ® and Netflix ®. Lauren moved to Chicago in 2005, got an agent, and started branching out into commercial and industrial voice work which opened up a whole new world for her. Later she upgraded her home studio and began freelancing voice over projects from home. Some of her clients include: Assassin’s Creed, Animal Planet, Cigna, Staples, Walmart, Oracle, Mercedes-Benz, Air Optix Aqua, Dixie, Nestle, Samsung, Motorola, Prescient Health, EY, and RE/Max. Lauren is also a massage, fitness, meditation, personal development, and writing fanatic. One thing she loves about coaching others is watching students shift their mindsets and really gain confidence in their ability to achieve their goals!

As a voice-over and on-camera actor, Claudine’s clients include Verizon, Listerine, MasterCard, Betty Crocker, Disney World, Pillsbury, Kit Kat, JCPenney, Pepsi, Sony Music, Boston Market, and Secret Deodorant, among many others.

She has voiced countless promos for clients such as USA Network, ESPN, VH1, and MTV, and was the live announcer for the first-ever televised Hollywood Film Awards on CBS. She recently appeared in a tutorial for Sonnox plug-ins, highlighting her work on the technical side of life as a voice actor.

Angela Castonguay is a successful graduate of the Such A Voice  program with more than 25- years experience in both education and corporate management prior to embracing the voice-over industry. 

Angela’s nurturing personality consistently garners rave reviews from our clients, as well as great results in their recordings. As such, we are honored to have Angela as our Head VO Demo Producer.

Working with a variety of clients in the IT and engineering industries, Angela specializes in recording employee training modules, but also enjoys exploring her multiple personalities when recording commercial spots that include Sylvan Learning Center, San Diego Tourism, Patriotic Puppies, and Finding Lost Melodies. When she is not behind a microphone, coaching, or in production, Angela snags her favorite pen and puts words to paper. Her first book related to the voice-over industry, “Feeding Your Voice,” is an essential guide to voice care, from diet to lifestyle to useful remedies.  Entertaining as well as informative, it’s a concise guide for keeping your vocal instrument healthy.

Tara Rao is an accomplished, award-winning writer, producer, director, and voice over talent. Her career has spanned two decades in network and cable television and her voice has been heard on TBS, IFC, Oxygen, Logo, Science Channel, and more. She has also voiced various off air, narration, and corporate projects. She has written and produced show launches for original and syndicated properties, channel-wide rebrands, upfront presentations, and has played a vital part in full network launches. The experience Tara has gained promoting clients including IFC, VH1, SyFy, truTV, Nickelodeon, Food Network, and many more… is put to great use here at Such A Voice, promoting our students.

Oliver Gebhardt is a studio owner and professional audio engineer that has over 15 years of experience in the audio industry. He has worked on major label projects as well as with local national and international artists. Oliver has worked with Such A Voice since 2009 and has helped upcoming talent break into the voice-over industry.

Kathy Welsh has more than 20 years of experience in capturing tremendous performances and improving the technical capacities of the venues where she has worked. She broke into the industry by working in live performance venues as both talent and technician. After a romance with live stage acting that took her to stages from Pennsylvania to California, she decided to focus on formal training in audio engineering and related technologies. This breadth of experience enables her to see the big picture and to be empathetic to all those involved in the creative process, knowing first-hand what it takes to make an excellent product.

She became the lead engineer at Green Room Recording Studios while continuing to learn more as an audio technician. Kathy was on the team that wired Lauryn Hill’s recording studio, and she personally wired the patch bay at Cape Sound.  World class boutique audio component company Old School Audio, then tapped her skills for the development of a new line of pre-amps.

If you have heard Fuel’s “Daniel” or Marcy Playground’s unplugged version of their biggest hit, “Sex and Candy”, you have heard a sampling of this pioneer’s work. Now, as she guides her children through their own arts journey as classical ballet dancers, you can be sure that Kathy will bring her passion for excellence and her attention to detail to your voice-over experience.

Shane Matsumoto owns and operates SER Soundworks, a recording, post facility, and music rehearsal studio in Chandler, AZ. Shane’s current work with Nickelodeon and their Birthday Club Project has him recording and editing hours of voice recordings from voice actors such as Patrick Star from Spongebob Squarepants, Josh and Blue from Blue’s Clues, Lincoln Loud from the Loudhouse, Ryan’s Secret Playdate, and dozens of others. Shane has worked with talent in his studio for commercial projects such as Busta Rhymes for Yahoo.com and Des Linden for Brooks Running shoes as well. Shane has always taught and coached on the side, teaching post-production and other audio courses since 2003 at places such as Grand Canyon University, the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences, MCC, Collin’s College and Phoenix College. He was even a member of the Q&A panel of production experts in the 1st annual Phoenix Sci-Fi and Horror film festival. Shane produced and edited 94-episodes of Indie Music Phoenix, a regional show on AZTV7, booking, filming, and/or interviewing famous musicians passing through town for his show – artists such as Lacuna Coil, Bullet for My Valentine, Killswitch Engage, Wayne Static from Static X, Mayhem, Dave Ellefson of Megadeath, Sen Dog from Cypress Hill, Zella Day, Ian Anderson band, members of Yes, Vanilla Ice, and tons of others.

He also makes music with his progressive industrial band, Paradigm Lost, writing an epic rock opera to release later this year. Though Shane has edited numerous commercials, occasionally he writes jingles too – his most commonly heard jingle was purchased by O’Riley’s auto parts and used by them for nearly 20-years in nearly every one of their commercials nationwide. (O-O-O-O’ Riley’s Auto Parts – Ow!) Not exactly humble, but also not without a sense of humor, Shane is known to brag about how his recordings and edits of voiceover pro Janet Ault, the mysterious AT&T voicemail lady heard in every English AT&T voicemail mailbox system worldwide, has been heard by more people in the world over the last 20-years than Miley Cyrus or Madonna. His music recording credits also include two albums for BJ Thomas, mastering for DJ Mickey Oliver, production credits on albums featuring Larry Norman, and song demo recording for the Gin Blossoms, as well as production for numerous independent acts. Shane’s work with Comedy Central on several seasons of voice talent for Crank Yankers at Porcupine Studios allowed him to record and edit Drew Carey, Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Carolla, Sarah Silverman, David Allen Grier, Ludicris, Eminem, Jeff Goldbloom, Hank Azaria, and many others. Shane plans to wind down his production of audio books to make time to focus on this new venture here. Since January of 2020 until the day hired at Such-A-Voice the following year, Shane completed narration, or record/editing, for 38 audiobook contracts and counting, including Kimber Leigh’s memoir – an Amazon best-seller. When he has a minute, he likes to hang out at the pool with his wife, two kids, and two dogs and profusely apologize to all of them for how busy he is.

Scott joined Such A Voice in 2019 and brought with him over 15 years of voice over and audio production experience. Some of the more well-known clients he’s voiced and produced radio commercials for are UPS, Wegmans, Fidelity Investments, the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers. As an audio producer, Scott has created imaging for several sports talk radio stations across the country including KNBR in San Francisco, WKNR in Cleveland, WAUK in Milwaukee and WEFL in West Palm Beach. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Scott currently resides in Philadelphia, PA and enjoys collecting 80s football sports memorabilia and horror movies.

Alex has over seven years of experience as an editor and re-recordist engineer. He has worked with and directed some of the best voice-over talent in the film, television, and video game industry! We’re lucky to have him on board.

Mike Dwyer is an audio engineer and studio owner from Upstate NY with over a decade of experience recording, mixing, and mastering both music and voice overs. In that time, he’s worked with countless incredible artists including Shawn Mendes, The Lumineers, The National, Vance Joy, Jade Bird, and Bob Weir. Mike has also composed and mixed music for dozens of television shows on networks including Discovery, History, TLC, NBC Olympics, CBS Sports, and more.

Brendan Carty is the head writer and creative lead at Thinkmojo, a marketing agency. He has spearheaded campaigns for hundreds of startups and multinational brands including eBay, Slack, Anheuser Busch, HP, Western Union, Intuit, and more. His comedic work has been featured on CBS Interactive, ESPN, Funny or Die, and YouTube, though he admits that last one doesn’t really count.

At times dramatic, silly, serious, lighthearted, authentic, and absurd, Brendan’s work has been compared to copywriters he had never heard of and whose names he has forgotten since. But from what he could tell, they were good.

Brendan lives with his wife and daughter in the greater New York City area.

Natalie is a Massachusetts born writer/producer currently writing from New York City. Her scripts have been finalists in competitions such as the Final Draft Big Break and Showtime Tony Cox screenplay contests, and she continues to produce stories that entertain, provoke, and inspire.

If she’s not writing, she’s probably playing tennis, watching movies, petting a dog, eating Italian food, or stuck on the subway.

Dan Levine, Founder and President of Such A Voice, has earned the respect of the industry and has helped launch the careers of countless successful voice-over actors throughout the United States.r

Dan is a 1992 Tony Award nominee for the score of the Broadway musical “Anna Karenina.” He has won many awards for his commercial productions as well, including a national Clio Award and several local advertising ADDY Awards and nominations. As a successful record producer and music arranger/orchestrator, his arranging and production credits include CDs for singers such as Leslie Uggams, several original cast recordings, and numerous television shows and commercials. For 17 years, Dan produced commercials for hundreds of clients around the country.

Dan’s voice-over seminars, entitled “You’re On the Air,” have motivated countless future voice-over artists. He continues to deliver these seminars to packed houses throughout the country. Dan’s unique marketing technique has opened doors for talented individuals who might never have made it using conventional marketing methods. His philosophy of being who you are and turning your natural personality into a marketable commodity is giving new talented voice-over artists the opportunity to find their inner strengths and to use them in a fun, lucrative, and productive way.

Ben Werlin joined Such A Voice as the company’s sole employee back in 2003. Today, he is a partner in the company alongside Dan Levine and Jeff Santoro. During his 10+ years here, he has helped raise the bar in terms of customer service, customer experience, and company reach. When Ben started with Such A Voice, it was a regional endeavor in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. In just a few years, along with the help of Jeff and Dan, Ben helped the company grow nationwide.

As an entrepreneur by nature, Ben takes great pride in the work that he does with Such A Voice. He deeply values the freedom that comes with being an entrepreneur and loves being able to give that kind of opportunity to others through Such A Voice’s esteemed voice-over training programs.

Ben graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Music Business & Entertainment Industries. He has worked in the studio as a recording engineer and as a guitarist. Ben is also the co-founder of the online guitar shop, www.MusicStoreLive.com, which won the “Vermont Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2013 and received national accolades for “Best Emerging Dealer of the Year” and “Best Marketing & Sales Promotion” in 2014.

Ben has a huge thirst to learn and grow. Over the years, he has read hundreds of books on, and taken part in, a wide array of workshops related to business and self-development. These include the Small Business Association’s “Emerging Leaders Program,” and Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery and Leadership Academy programs, to name a few. Ben attributes Such A Voice’s ability to stay on the cutting edge of the industry to the incredibly talented personnel that work here, and his and the team’s constant desire keep the company evolving in positive ways.

As Chief Administrative Officer for SAV, Alex keeps his hands in every element of the business to ensure that things are consistently moving forward. He ensures that our students receive what they need in order to achieve their dreams.

Alex graduated from Green Mountain College in 2013 with dual degrees in Education and Writing. He worked in home healthcare administration for a period of time, but realized that he needed to return to the arts, and joined Such A Voice soon after.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and writing.

As Administrative Support, Roth works to make sure all the parts of the Such A Voice boat are pointing toward the port of good customer experience.  The means making sure coaches have all the resources they need, student support for the website and member’s area, and a plethora of other problem-solving tasks. He also built this page!

Originally from New Jersey, Roth graduated from the University of Vermont in 2016 with a degree in Political Science.  In his free time, Roth loves to play around in the kitchen, enjoys running and cycling, and is a podcast enthusiast. 

A well-traveled military veteran with a deep-seated love for people, Skye is an ideal fit for our Human Resources and Talent roles at Such A Voice. Her love for the company and its culture is infectious.

Skye spends her days ensuring our staff members are well taken care of and is constantly strategizing ways to move the company forward via growth for its members and efficiency in development.

Originally from rural Pennsylvania, Mike graduated with a degree in business administration from Mansfield University. Mike successfully aids with technical and administrative support for coaches and students, as well as helping to keep our intro class teachers organized.

Mike’s other passions include snowboarding, but when you can’t find him on the mountain, look for him at the nearest yoyo contest!

As Schedule & Venue Manager at Such A Voice, Caitlin books Intro Classes throughout the country and works with the team and schools to keep everyone informed with up to date logistics. Originally from Texas, now living in Florida. Caitlin is a Navy Veteran with over 10 years of logistics, and scheduling experience. She graduated from Saint Leo University with a dual Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology in 2018. She is an organized, attentive, go-getter who believes in helping as many people as possible. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling & going on new adventures with her husband and children. Caitlin’s family fosters many animals, and spend a lot of time caring for animals in need.

With over 10 years of experience in IT, Brent has provided technical support for police officers, firefighters, city council members, and more. His hobbies include podcasting, video editing, traveling, and relaxing with family.

As tech support for Such A Voice Brent is excited to utilize his technical knowledge and creativity to limit and resolve issues that students may face.
